A variety of Mental Health Apps from Amherst College that address a variety of concerns, can support your work in therapy or assist with self-help improvment.
The apps are for Anxiety like Breate2Relax and Stop Panic and Anxiety, Depression, Mental Health Tools like Mood Tracker and Self-Help, Mindfulness/Relaxation, PTSD, Self-Esteen, Suicide Prevention, Sexual Assault Resources and Recovery.
