Emergency Info

If you are having any thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room immediately.  Do not act on your feelings since feelings ebb and flow.  You can also call 211 and the operator will help you get connected to a counselor.  Help is also available 24/7 by calling 1-800-273-TALK(8255).  There is hope, just reach out now and take the help available.  Even if you have seen counselors before, or don't believe in counseling, there are trained professionals who can understand your situation, and help guide you to workable solutions.
